DoChron ("we", "our") operates the website dochron.com.br and the DoChron application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

When you sign up for the waitlist, we collect: email address (required), name (optional), preferred language, IP address, and registration date. We do not collect sensitive data.

Your data is processed to: send communications about the launch and updates of DoChron, manage your position on the waitlist, and improve our services based on aggregated and anonymized data.
3. Legal Basis
The processing of your data is based on your consent (Art. 7, I of LGPD), provided when you fill out the waitlist form and accept this policy.

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Access to data is restricted to authorized members of the DoChron team only.
5. Retention Period
Your data will be kept for as long as you remain on the waitlist or until you request deletion. After the platform launch, waitlist data not migrated will be deleted within 12 months.

You have the right to: confirm the existence of data processing, access your data, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymization or blocking of unnecessary data, request deletion of your data, and revoke your consent at any time. 8. Cookies and Tracking
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics tool that does not use cookies. No personal data is collected for analytics purposes.
